The League is strictly nonpartisan. We neither support nor oppose candidates for office. At the same time, the League is wholeheartedly political and works to influence policy through advocacy.

With uncertain anticipation I visited the Hennepin History Museum. The League of Women Voters exhibit was opening. Would it represent LWV like we wanted? Members had donated their memorabilia. We added what we had saved in the office copies of studies, newsletters, newspaper articles, photographs a few buttons, but mostly paper.
